| love this show, cause it also follows gordon ramsey.....i have watched the last 2 series, and have laughed and cried along with the contestants, and staff. wish they did it here, cause there's alot of aussie's that could do with some traning. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| yeah it sucks that its been axed- but at least I wont feel as jealous about not being in it myself!!! silly eh! (nah I dont party enough neways) In the British articles Ive read they bagged it soo much- Nicole's grammar being terrible ie "I sold my pony , aged 15 to fund a drug habit etc" like was the pony 15 or was she?? My bf was like "whats with the helicopter??? hahaha that twin guy wanted to distance himself from Nicole at the end... But who else was there to choose from really??? Nicole was bound to win with her "humble face" (that pheasant looking woman was pretty creepy) I cheated before the final ep to see who won- I looked at wikipedia. SLAP HAND There was a series before the first one we saw on channel nine- who knows they may dig that up and put it on!! fyi, Nicole is counseling drug addicts over the net now. |

| Omg - could you get more of a stereotypical European aristocrat than that woman? That was just being so shallow and superficial. So if a girl was 'ugly', they'd have no chance with any of her children??? I'm so glad Nicole won - she deserved it the most. That was so sad how she sold her horse to finance her drinking and drug habits. Hopefully all these girls got a bit of a wakeup call & got back on track. I wish they would show series 1 though - that was done back in 2005. Shame this whole show got axed in England this year. Yep, if I go to England, I'm visiting Eggleston Hall! |

| I especially enjoyed Holly's drunken 'knees-up' at the local pub, she even got a few old girls going at the pints too, what a character. Louie behaved herself at the Polo, and even modestly covered up that $10,000 on her chest with a scarf, good idea. One of the other eligible young chaps is named Darcy Bond, I couldn't help but snicker at the name, apparently he is an accomplished polo player. At least he didn't let Nicole grab his jockey shorts.... Says Jill Harbord, "To my eb-so-lewt horror, I observed you! On the steps! Waving a young man's undergarments! In the air! | Well, I know the Saxby twins from Australian Princess (remember that show??!!). It was pretty much the same as this show - a group of Aussie girls got lessons in deportment, grooming etc etc, and then they headed off to England for a few weeks for more social etiquette lessons, including dates with eligible bachelors & in the end, one of them got crowned Australian Princess & had a date with a European prince. Anyway, one of the eligible bachelors on Australian Princess last year was Edward Saxby. And now his twin brother Jonathon is on this show as well as Edward. Edward was such an airhead on the show - quite funny! I can't believe Simone got booted out so early! I thought she did well with the speech, and good on her for not getting drunk at all on last night's episode. He he - yeah that African prince was funny! |

| The show's for real, but I reckon that they edit it to make it look more 'dramatic' and 'action packed' than it actually is. And I also think that when the girls get into trouble or need to be told off that the teachers just over-dramaticise their perfomance a little. You can actually go and visit Eggleston Hall in England - they have cooking demonstrations, and also flower arranging demonstrations by Mrs Harbord. You can even hire out Eggleston Hall for functions. |

| I love this show - I think it's hilarious!! They only did 3 seasons of it. I was reading that there was talk of doing an Australian version someday - the principal (Mrs Harbord?) said she would like to see that. Wonder how our Aussie gals would fare compared to the Poms? Or - how about having a team of English ladettes and a team of Aussie ladettes who have to compete against each other. Now that would be fun to watch! |

| This current series is going for broke. In the previous ones they had one or two of these extreme chicks - and they made for interesting viewing - but this series has gone for broke by having all the chicks being extreme. Looks to me that they are cashing in on their last series - before they sell the rights to the US. Expect a new version - probably - Trailer Trash to Princess? Still, I'm enjoying it - it's good to see the college tested by these slappers. I cant see anyone graduating though...these birds are beyond help. |

| You missed the Grand Finale? For shame! LOL! The tubby Yorkshire lass Victoria Jenkins won Season 2, good on her. Did a few quick searches online to find out 'what happened' to some of the girls. Clara Mayer (the pretty one) ended up dating one of those eligible bachelor Lords for around a year after the show, and now has a good job in London. So perhaps the show DID have at least one success story to come out of it. |
