I have made the sea change to the Entrance on the beautiful central coast of NSW. I moved my cafe from a country town badly affected by the drought to the coast and now enjoy water views all day every day! I honestly believe just being near the ocean is good for the soul.
Unfortunately my health had other plans for me and at the ripe old age of 26 a genetic bone marrow disease has caught up with me so I am looking to sell my business and need to do so quite quickly as I am soon receiving treatment.
I would love someone to have the same opportunity for a sea change as me and find someone to buy it who would appreciate the location as much as myself.
It's a good little business with huge potential and due to the urgency I am only selling it for the cost of the equipment but of course all things are negotiable!
