| My husband thought exactly the same thing too about the younger boy's voice. I don't usually ring voting polls but I rang this one and placed two votes for Mark. His performance was awe inspiring. I hope he goes on to have a brilliant career. |

I think it is one of the best genres in music has been for hundreds of years and good to see the public still appreciate it's specialness. Please be cultured and appreciate real talent. |

Funny, I thought Mark showed a lot of emotion in his performance - it's one of the things I loved about it.
Vodoleika - yeah but at least it wasn't the 'cute little kid' which is what I was dreading would happen. Not a bad singer but given the wonderful talent that was around this season Jal really didn't stand out that much. A lot was due to his cuteness and that "wow - he's so young" factor. |

| How can you expect a 15 year old to show compassion when singing - that will come. How many 15 year olds have compassion anyway in ordinary day to day living. Mark showed that he did have compassion, but maybe not, as yet able to portray it in his singing. For a 15 year old his voice is amazing. |

| Extremely disappointed Mark was voted the winner, the amount of talent in the Grand Final was supurb, Mark like most Opera singers was boring Yes he has talent, BUT I did notice that he lacked compassion at times with his singing other finalists who did not sing showed real talent and hard work with their performances, next time Australia vote for a non singer |

I voted for him and I knew that Joshua was going to be the finalist. I feel so sorry that he didn't win but at the same time happy for Vincent.
