| I would like to bring everyones attention to a serious over sight of The Australian Television Industry and that is the lack of credit given to to contribution of the great Ernie Carroll in particular as Ossie Ostrich to those of us who were bought up on and loved this pink wise cracking bird he was everything to us as children who were developing our then young sense's of humor he was a guiding light like no other such an amazing contribution to Australian Television and to all our lives I think he is well worthy of a life time achievement award or maybe a legend of the industry certainly something needs to be done for this truly great man. I hope somebody hears my heart felt plea! |
