| Sometimes the actors who know their characters best suggest to the script writers storylines they think might be good for their character. Maybe Jodi put this to the producers?I think if she was any good as an actress (Have to say I think Jodi's acting skills are fairly average) then she could draw from her personal experience with cancer, to make what Martha is about to go through predictable. Personally, I hope the cancer kills Martha off ! So far everyone with the exception of Flynn have survived cancer. And before anyone jumps on me for that comment, just remeber how you all wished Sam dead and celebrated when you got your wish !! | Jodi said in an magazine interview that she has a huge storyline coming up this year that is "close to home" and people were shocked when she agreed to do it. And from what fans know, a cancer storyline is the only thing that she could mean.
