| I'm not a fan of this show and I have never bothered watching it since seeing part of one of the early episodes. However, when I first saw the adds for it I assumed that the Patrick Dempsy character was the main character and must have been Dr Grey. Now I know better, but I have to say how unfortunate for that Ellen Pompeo actress. She was supposed to be the star of the show, but it seems that it wouldn't make any difference if she wasn't on the show at all. Mind you it was nice to see a picture of her lying naked on her back recently and I very nearly got to inspect Greys Anatomy if you know wht I mean. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| OMFG you are kidding me...sure ellen pompeo isnt as attractive as katie heigl but she is gorgeous in her own way. Look at her eyes for instance..they are gorgeous and they are so deep..they tell a story, and she has an amazing smile. She also possesses an inner beauty, she cares for her fans, she cares about the people in her life and she also cares about whats going on around her..she ahs proven this on many occasions. Just because she doesnt look like a supermodel doesnt mean she shouldnt be a leading lady. Ellen pompeo is a brilliant actress that portrays the character of meredith so brilliantly you cant help but feel the emotions she is. Oh and saying they should kill her off or make izzie the star is just plain ridiculous...the show is called GREYS anatomy as in meredith GREY! if they kill her off the show is over... So seriously all you shallow pathetic losers get over yourselves and start to realise that looks arent everything. Ellen pompeo might not look as gorgeous as your twisted minds think a leading lady should look but she is an amazing actress who is beautiful in her own way. Maybe if you took a good look at her you would see the true beauty she does possess. sorry to get all defensive but ellen pompeo is my favourite actress and im sick of hearing the constant insults she gets. |

| Reality check back to you babe. This is TV and on TV people want to see leading ladies that are attractive and make the show worth watching. Oh and just so you know my GP was drop dead gorgeous, hence why is no longer my doctor. Couldn't look at him in the doctor/patient way. |

| Wow, how completely shallow is that. I don't think Ellen Pompeo is that attractive either, but she certainly isn't ugly. I also don't think Katherine Heigl is as good looking as people make her out to be, in many scenes she looks pretty plain looking. Reality check people, doctors aren't models! It's nice to see a lead character that isn't the most attractive person around. | Is it just me or is there anyone else out there that thinks Meredith Grey is so unattractive...especially for the leading lady. She has been partnered with the likes of McDreamy and that in itself is sickening. To see such a gorgeous man with such an unattractive woman.
