| Yeah, well when Addison comes back for an episode in season 4, she has a proper departure. Telling the Chief that he needs to start looking for a replacement, and that she's not coming back.. So yeah |

| They are doing 5 more episodes for Season 4, and they've announced that Addison will return to Grey's Anatomy for one of those episodes. I think it's because they aren't starting up production on Private Practice yet. It should be interesting to see what reason they give her for returning for a quick visit. |

| Why has she not been given a proper exit? It's poorly done. So is Burke's, he never would be a coward like Shonda is portraying him to be. Noone has even mentiond Addison's left apart from Bailey once. Why doesn't her ex husband, ex affair and ex internwhomsheslept with say something? Wasn't she meant to be buds with Callie? |
