| If there is a season 2 it will be filmed at the end of this year. There is an Australia wide recruitment drive for contestants - usually in or near capital cities. I'm not sure if you have to register beforehand but there will no doubt be advertisements about how to apply on the Tv. The auditions consist of a series of fitness tests.
