| Thanks Mrs Z. I really did enjoy Adam's dance but saw the problem right away, even before the judges spoke - I must have picked up a bit about dancing from watching the show - and hanging out with the kermit crew all these years! :) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| em1992 - He wasnt marked down for showing personality, confidence etc, in fact they mentioned he got points for all that. He was marked down for one reason only - They didn't do a quickstep for most of the routine. It's like imagine a cooking competition where everyone was being judged on their ravioli but one contestant only boiled up a bit of pasta and then instead of making the sauce/filling etc he cooked up a fabulous stunning laksha soup. The soup might be the worlds best, but the task was to make ravioli so you would have to mark that person right down, even possibly fail them altogether. So no matter how good Adam was and how entertaining etc - he didn't do enough quickstep and didn't do ANY in his solo so he lost marks. His partners fault. Having said that I was also surprised at just how low the marks were but I guess it means if he hadnt been full of personality etc he would have ended up with zeros. |

| I agree I too will stop watching the show if Adam or Gerrard are voted off next week due to the LOW inconsistent scoring and comments of the judges.. Sham on you judges no need to humiliate our celebrities on national T.V. Why wont the producers show the publics votes? COME ON CHANEL 7 UPFRONT N HONEST !!!! |

| I agree with coffee catchup. The judges ask other competitors to show more personality and confidence yet when someone does they mark them down for it. If Adam Brand is voted off next week as a result of the judges' low scores, I will stop watching the show. | Yeah, I agree totally Perko, and he should have been marked the way he was marked. | Yes Mrs Z, his routine was entertaining and I enjoyed it but there was not enough quickstep in both the solo and the rest, I we know from past experience that points will be deducted when this happens. The brief for the solo was quite specific. I know it is easier in the latin dances to do a solo but there was no quickstep in his solo. I would have liked some more quickstep in a couple of the others as well. Disappointing as he showed much more confidence tonight. | yeah, he was entertaining and not cringe-worthy but even I commented during the dance on the absence of actual quick-step in the routine and particularly in his solo. That's a novice mistake from young Jade - sorry but it's her responsibility to follow those rules - Adam doesn't know what is or isn't within the rules of dancing. I noticed in the video she was just standing there letting him make up his own solo routine and it looks pretty much like what he did. |

| I think the judges were way too harsh then. Adam's partner choreographed to his limited strengths and came out with a polished enough dance. Okay, so there wasn't a particular lot of quickstep to it, but there's no need for any of them, particularly Todd, to be asshats. | I only watched one season of DWTS b4 but being a big Adam Brand fan Im def watching this series. I believe he has the charisma that appeals to all ages,hes a larrikin who I believe can dance. Might not be as spiffy as some of the others but he sure has my vote for giving his all. | Wow what a great night last night was. Great to see the progress by Adam. What greatentertainment he is (as always). He did so good this week and will have every one of my votes. And remember everyone we are not only keeping Adam in with our votes we are also helping him raise money for a wonderful charity.....
