| Hey there Tina, sorry to hear you tried to take on a 4 wheel drive......thank God you are still in one piece, albeit a little banged up. Hope you are able to get to Canberra for the Nationals...It's just the sort of medicine you need to recuperate.....look after yourself, heal quickly:)) Ch7 sure are deafening with their silence on DWTS, not even a twitter. | Hey sparkles....be careful...who am I going to argue with if your sparkles are flat?....:) I hope everything heals properly and well. looks like no one is going to canberra hey...too busy polishing up their routines perhaps? So...checking out the competition!!! Well,according to one of the threads something must be happening if Matt Corby is signed up and isn't Tara Reid another one....just have to get those olympics over and done with. It would have been nice if the TV cameras could have stayed away from the funeral today and left the friends and family to mourn in private. |

| Hi Gwenda - long time no posting. Sadly no new moves from me as I am recovering from an accident. Narrowly missed being run over by a 4 wheel drive. Ended up with the knee in a thigh to ankle splint and purple bruising Thankfully nothing broken and all the metal and plastic bits still in one piece. Yuk. So now I have the sympathy vote etc etc. I am trying to go to the Canberra National Championships this weekend to hopefully watch some great dancers and perv a little. Gotta get a dose of Sparkles some how. I do hope there will be another series Channel 7 have been very quiet. Dreadful about Jane McGrath heartfelt sympathies for Glenn and the Kids. |

| Tina they may have taken your desire & those lovely sweeping steps trodden on your toes smile turned to frown you never thought about them again.It would be really nice if they could find someone who really has a passion for dancing & theres people out there maybe from the dancing world could fit the job.. Id like the stirring between host judges & dancers ..& wouldn't that be really nice if you found 1 you seem you have some great knowledge yourself speak up who knows what could happen. That Latin American champ sounds great even to watch some routines be nice as havn't seen much dancing for a while. |

| cathy thanks for the vote of support. One of the challenges for the host of DWTS is that they need to be all things to all people and be entertaining. So whoever wins the spot is probably on a hiding to nothing. I do think though that the person needs some knowledge of dancing, has to be able to ad-lib when things go pear shaped, and umpire between warring judges as well as be funny. Probably have to walk on water too Not sure who fits the bill. |

| I like Tina Sparkles Idea. I too believe whoever they choose should have some Knowledge of Dancing. Do you know Tina of someone as you know some people. They might already be doing this sort of work at competitions maybe suitable. could be with a little less dancing Qualfication who can still be entertaining before dances after dances,judging Through the show It helps to have someone knows whats happening with dancing. who talks dancing Especially for feedback & responses. Could be a new host there for tv who knows? |
