If it's true about Emma from BB being on the next series, I won't be happy. She was a divisive, nasty, manipulative, hideous creature during her time on BB and I don't think she deserves any more air-time than she's already had.

Warwick Capper and the judges could be quite interesting. Would make David appear mute by comparison.

If Warrwick Capper per was selected for dancing with the stars I am sure it would create a lot of opinions. He has the upmost confidence in his ability to do almost anything. I think this humble talented man would be a winner!

"ENGLISH cricketers have been dancing to Australia's beat for years. In 2008 it could prove the turn of British celebrities, with confirmation producers of Dancing with the Stars are keen for an Ashes-like showdown between the program's local stars and those from UK version Strictly Come Dancing. Dancing co-host Sonia Kruger confirmed the plans for the international celebrity showdown. "They've actually been discussing the idea of an Ashes and World Cup series for a while now," Kruger said. "I know BBC and Granada are keen to get on board, but obviously we'd want to host it here."

How about some of the City *** cide tv show cast? That'd be fun. Just tried to post and was told the first name of the new Cop show on 7 on Monday nights was "offensive" and they blanked it out!!! Amazing.

jowailes - David doesn't actually have a PRteam - perhaps that's another reason why many people hadn't heard of him. I rather gather that he prefers the lack of PR, except for the promotion of his music and shows. Promoting himself, or employing anyone to do it for him, is the least of his priorities. I know that those who think he is egotistical and competitive will find that hard to believe, but that's the way it is.

jowailes, don't worry about that. That was part of the discussion yesterday that pre-IT2 David was virtually unknown outside the Opera world.
Anthony Warlow had had exposure to the masses through Phantom of the Opera and that program he did with John Farnham & Olivia Newton-John, amongst other things.
I had heard of Anthony Warlow before David Hobson because of Phantom, but it wasn't long after I went to my first "live" Opera and came across David. |

Unless they were into opera, operetta or serious music, it would be unlikely that many people would have heard of David Hobson prior to ITT last year. He hadn't performed on TV in any genre outside of those mentioned above. However, his appearance in 3 TV series in the past 18 months has certainly garnered him many more fans/supporters - many of whom are yet to experience the full quality and majesty of his singing talent, or the depth and comedy of his acting skill. Let's hope they don't have to wait too long for this thrilling experience.

To be honest Andie, I've known of Anthony Warlow for years and also have a couple of CD's, but until this year had never heard of David Hobson - there you go, yes I know I should hang my head in shame, but it's the truth!
