| oh okay! Whew! Well I've sent off an email about my dog, along with jpegs of his xrays and the Vets clinical notes. I guess all I can do now is wait and see if anything happens. |

| Jacki, with the support letter from your vet I'm sure they'll at least look into it and hopefully give the thumbs up. I don't think they only have enough for 100, think that was just one vet's supply? |

| Hi folks - not a lot to report yet. I rang them and they've been inundated with calls so they are asking people to email their details in so they can go through them all and make decisions. I called my vet and he is writing a supporting statement and history to attach to the email. One of the problems is they have only been using it on tumors and not bone cancer. This could work for or against us depending on whether they are interested in trialling it on a different form of cancer or not. Also, my dog has not been 100% confirmed with bone cancer (only 99%) because neither me nor the vet wanted to do the "bone core" test that you need for confirmation as it could agitate the cancer cells and it's a painful procedure. But if necessary we would reconsider that. Tash - does that mean they can only treat 100 animals in total? - if so that's a problem because it means the competition will be fierce. Anyway - my vet didn't see the show but said he too had recieved a ton of messages about it this morning and had been trying to catch up on it all today. |

| Morning everyone, you guys are amazing, I saw the show last night and was madly writing notes and wasn't sure where to post it so Jacki would see it. I do hope you can go on the trial, sounds hopeful Coach, all the very best to you. I love how everyone is being so thoughtful. |

| Hi all. Can't wait to hear about Coach's call re the new trmt. Woman on news this am (tv) had a vial with tiny amt in it of the raw material and said just that was enough to treat 100 animals. | You're right jaybear - I'm just thrilled he was able to walk at all so I would have gone out in a blizzard with him! A few days ago he couldn't get further than the house next door and was whimpering even when he tried to get up so something is slightly better atm. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| There you go Jacki...the whole community, real and cyberspace, is looking out for Dally...how good is that! Yes ring the number and hopefully they can tell you if Dally's suitable and I'd ring the vet too, heck, there's no harm in trying everyone for any solution. What a good thing that Dally wanted to go for a walk, cold or not..I know you wouldn't care if it was snowing! |
