Crikey, I have been enjoying immensely home grown icebergs of late. New Years day I made yummy prawn co cktails, the old fashioned way. If anyone would like a recipe for yummy simple co cktail sauce, ask me. I have enjoyed iceberg and dhufish burgers, iceberg salads with Bar-b-ques and lots more. You crossed my mind at every sitting!!! xxx

you lucky ducks, I'm a bit limited in what I can digest after "surgery went wrong" some yrs ago, and oil and high fibre is my enemy!

I love fetta/olives /romas, I cheat and buy coles greek salad, it really is nice, has cucumber in it as well.

my dinner last night was really nice - with much tks to the good olde iceberg!!!!!! - every now and then i just get the taste for some fetta/olives/romas and the kievs were from the deli and they were very tasty - not sure whats on the cards for tonight

No way Tash, I like to be in control, I am not a control freak but I hate anesthetics - anything like that! When I had to have pins and a plate in my ankle I asked for an epidural, I am a real chicken.
