| Not sure of Nigel's credentials but I'll look forward to seeing him on the UK version with Arlene as I'm sure with both of them being so outspoken, the dancers will be told the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth. | Nigel was rude on many occasions. I guess that was his ''bad judge' role. Are his credentials impressive CCC? I liked the judge with the hat. | I lurrrrved Jason Gilkison's choreography and imput on SYTYCD last year although one of the judges(the macho hatless one) was quite rude to him and didn't give him the respect he so truly deserves. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Seems to be what appeals to the masses that watch SYTYCD but if someone is good enough and appealing, like Henry B, he could go far. I guess the judges want the dancers to be able to do certain moves that trained ballet and jazz dancers are trained to do but ballroom dancers aren't necessarily trained in that area. It's frustrating to watch sometimes. I'll be intereted to watch the UK version to see if the ballroom dancers fare better over there. I think with the aussie version the best we can hope for is that we watch how the dancers from other genres take to ballroom/latin and we get enjoyment and inspiration from that. The top 20 has already been picked apparently. It's all very hush hush 'til the advertising campaign starts up on boxing day. |

| There is lots of dancing coming up in the new year with SYTYCD UK starting on 2nd January and the Aussie version in Feb. I just hope the Oz SYTYCD version won't be as anti ballroom as they appeared to be over their treatment of Ashleigh. I can't stand the way they let hiphop dominate. |

| I'll look for the clips tmrw as I'm starting to count zzzzzz's but I believe Chris/Ola were the better couple on the night and their cheeky charleston brought the house down. They had a fabulous partnership all the way throughout the series and were the only couple not in the bottom 2 so deserve the win in my opinion. Ola has paid her dues to this show as well as she has participated for a few years now so I'm happy to see her win. |
