| I already know the basics of Argentine tango Rosy as I've done a few workshops. I prefer the drama of ballroom tango more tho (being the drama queen that I tend to be) hehe :-) |

You're doing great Rosy in such a short time. Leave the foxtrot for now as you don't need it really for social dancing, the slow rhythm will do for the time being. Take it up in a couple of years when you & dance partner have more time as it's a dance that takes a bit longer than the others to grasp, especially for the guy who really has to master leading for this dance.
I do like a challenge tho and am finding it fun to watch this dance come together for us now (after a few initial stresses at first). |

| Hi CCC! I haven't learnt the foxtrot yet, sounds hard. Last night I lurrrrved adding the hockeystick to my rumba repertoire now that I have finally mastered the fan. We also added more steps to the tango which reminds me that one day I'd love to learn the Argentine tango. I can't believe it has been 5 months since you encouraged me to start dancing lessons! |

I love the tango!
I'm doing Foxtrot at the moment which is very challenging, esp for the men.
Rumba going well too! Grrrr very sexy dance!
2 lessons per week plus a weekly social so all good! |

AFTER losing her engagement ring in Sydney Harbour, retired surfer Layne Beachley believes it was an "omen" that brought it back to her two days later.
That, and the help of underwater metal detectors.
The 37-year-old world champion said the 1.35 carat silver-banded ring given to her by her fiance, INXS rocker Kirk Pengilly, was lost on Wednesday at Apple Bay, the small strip of beach near Taronga Zoo.
"I was training with the Manly Police squad and we were pretty much just throwing balls around in the water, but by the end of the day I realised it was gone," she said yesterday. "I was devastated." Beachley enlisted the help of metal detector operators used by police divers, who looked the same night to no avail.
"I though it was gone," Beachley said. "They said to me the chances of finding it were really slim."
On Friday, Beachley assisted in the search to show the divers the exact place to look and walked past a bridal party taking pictures on the sand.
"I saw that as an omen," she said. An hour later and Beachley was reunited with her ring, which was "buried under three inches of sand" in the water. |

| What about tiny rockmelons, lol? The size of apples. So you can just eat the whole lot in one go and not have it wasting away in the fridge. |

| I asked at the fruit shop about the heart strawbs and they seem to think they will be around $2 each when they finally come out but I think the restaurant buyers will snap them all up at the markets before they make it to the shops for us mere mortals. |
