| how many times do people need to be told IT CAN"T HAPPEN, IT'S NOT POSSIBLE UNDER CURRENT RESTRICTIONS. if you want to be in a reality show you will have to settle for beauty and the geek. |

| Yes China, and South East Asia has versions, l am sure Australia can produce a series, though l doubt it would be a million dollar prize to winners.. | yes and so does iran, latin america and about 4 others. it is not impossible only the conditions that a network have to go through mean that the series would have to be made by americans not australians, overpriced, would have to do it all on their terms, along with a whole bunch of other financial issues and conditions. basically an option the no one would accept. which is why so few international versions have been made. do you really think 7 would have adapted beauty and the geek over TAR if they had the choice? |

Come on Channel 7, why can't you at least list The Amazing Race in your list of tv shows and if you can't offer the episodes online at least offer us the information so that we can find out what happened. I don't know who lost either, as my recording stopped with about 15 mins of the show to go. | i agree to that because i am only young and i speak a little spanish and my mum is really good with puzzles but i have a lot of patience when i want to and i am also very smart. my mum is really good with things like as i said puzzles but she is really good with communication and i am very smart like topping all my classes smart and i am only 12. but i have already talked to mum and we both say yes yes yes and i so want to challenge myelf and my best self defence would be my loud voice. when i get angry start running or you probably will get hhurt because i get very angry at times but it is lucky that i bottle things up and i don't express myself strait away. long story short i would be very competative. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| I always thought The Amazing Race International might work when the current series stops rating...you know like those Gillligan Movies... Did anyone catch anne of green gables last night...that was a miniseries in the 80s...that sort of stuff. Why not get uni students to Bootleg the whole series, like old Jimi Henderix tapes, dititaly remastered, burn the cds and put them on the street.... If it's about the $1.0m well that's one thing. But why not blue screen yourself using your computer and make you're own version of the Amazing race at home..... |

| I would soooooo love it to come to Australia - I would go with what every they wanted, mum, dad, brother, sister, husband, cousin, friend!!!They would all do it! But for now it would be nice if Channel 7 acutely acknowledged the show by giving it a website!!! You can't even find out what you missed if you missed a show!!! Of which I missed last night and so dont know who lost!!! GRRRR very annoying!!! |

| read my comment again. i didn't say it was impossible or not available i just said: "if it were to happen it would have to be made by jerry bruckheimer TV" which is a deal and aussie network would never accept, and shouldn't. it would cost aussie jobs and give them to the yanks. and the network would only make a fraction o fthe profits. however we could get something like "the astounding race" and basically copy it just not under the same name. i'd say thats the only chance. |

| sorry to break it to you guys. but the chances of this happening are very slim. mainly because jerry bruckheimer ect are very protective of their brand. it's the reason there are very few international versions. if it were to happen it would have to be made by jerry bruckheimer TV. not an australian company like fremantle media or southern star. (that is how local Idol, SYTYCDance, beauty and the geek, deal or no deal are done) it also means that Jerry bruckheiner would be part owner and get a lot of the profits. which is a deal that no aussie network would ever accept. |
