To clarify the original post;
west coast were offered a Motivational set of instructions,
recently;
these instructions are being used by St kilda, but they only know a small amount of info.
So if West Coast could use the whole amount of info , then they could/ probably win the flag;
the only thing wrong is that west Coast are too tight to pay for the info

Motivator System offered to Eagles

The Motivator System has been offered to WCE ,to lift them up ,
this has been used by stkilda (2% of knowledge )
and they are going great guns .
What would the Eagles be like with 100% .
It looks like we will never know , due to tunnel vision of management
