| Chad is not an easy target Mr Sharke for any long term, especially from 1987 supporter of the WCE. He is a firm affectionately favoured son, so to speak. Reality is, his confidence level and skills have slipped to at best WAFL standard, which is where he now belongs, leading the youngsters through that transition. In the Military, Industry and Society at large, we all have a "use by" date, sadly, in my experience of now 57+ years. Incidently "he" does not "have a premiership!" That was shared with some 35 list players and a large supporting cast with a variety of roles, such is the nature of TEAM, there is no "I" in TEAM mate. As for Priddis, he has some disposal issues as well, which includes Players no longer, or yet to suss out where to head for to present as the stoppage clearances evolve. A classic example is Adam Hunter, who played as a dominant Forward in a different level of Competition, has succeeded pinch hitting up forward, but, as a permanent fixture in attack will need time and patience if he is to succeed at being in the right place, at the right time. This Class of 2008-2009, is a work in progress, the balance will come in time, even Embles was struggling for a bit there but appears to be getting some form back. Same for Glass. Kerr will get some help as others learn their trade. Of the rest, really, only Cox and Wirra seem to have arrived with natural poise, the others are starting to run into form. And no Mr Smartsharke, I don't think I "Knowall" at all mate! We discuss on here a common interest and express honest and humble opinions, if you need an argument, there are plenty to find, especially at the Derby this weekend, got mine & my Daughters seats, hope you have 2 mate, will be interesting to see who is where now! |

| LOL, wasn't saying that there was anything amiss at Sth Freo Oval mate, only saying that there is a very negative view that eminates from it wrt the so called "Chardonnay" set, West Coast, ;-) I suppose it is easy to bag someone in public debate, in a forum like this, with little risk of repercussion using pseudonyms. The 6 points, restarting this year, I have never seen Freo performing worse! Kickett and many others must be wringing their hands in despair, at least they went down fighting! |
