Hoys, GT, Kinger, KO & Co. I have survived the Timor Sea, Pirates, playing "soccer with Elephants," in a Shipyard in Malaysia, returning to Vung Tau & the Sth China Sea, but, will not get home until Jan 02nd at best!
I thought the soft tissue injuries had healed pretty well until I thoughtlessly broke into a gallop after a Skua with my bag of bait and tackle on a Beach in Sth Aust, so, either a miniscus or tendon damage has flared up again! MRI and surgery perhaps, but, too busy for that K rap at the mo' That and coming 15th last year was fortunately massaged by some family stuff in Adelaide etc.
West Coast snaring Natty Nic was pretty handy but, can't overlook the value of Swift, smart enough to complete TEE with a TER rating to qualify studying medicine! Not another Pharmacist, perhaps a surgeon to incise through the opposition like Hannibal's Scalpel removing a titbit to saute B4 after dinner mints!
They and Shuey, Smith & Jones ( sounds like another dry comedy routine!) should see the Coasters a bit soggier come Monday mornings after the odd shandy!
Speaking of the Sth Aussie Dry, brought them some rain B4 bringing it back to the Sth West.
Speaking of good things, how about Tevez! Go ManU, always some highlights for Sports Tarts like me! |

Nice to hear from you wanton, thought you may have been swallowed up by a Timor Sea cyclone or taken hostage by pirates.
You are excused for the "swanslike" remark only because it is oh so true. Cox did become the premier ruckman in the game after he was touted as only being second string in the Egos ruck.
SA may be dry but your vineyard should have all it's catchment full as a goog, not the right time of year but hey, we'll take it.
Ya home for christmas ? |

Well as Wozz muttered in his sleep dreaming about meter maiding on the Gold Coast, "Swalla me knob!"
It's a long time betwixt seasons, drafts & for some, the last time they kicked a goal at the local with a tart. Ben is likely Ricky Nixoned out of contention as the Saints had Salary Cap considerations on top of other concerns about taking a punt on the lil RexHunt, does that read SeaHunt?
Nick the Natty Dreds is a super athlete, may the T-Dome curse spare his knees!
And rightly, there are sceptics as to whether he or an O'Hailpin will develop into an all conquering "extra" midfield superman. In the case of Cox, many were scratching there heads as a gangling, barely co-ordinated Dean stumbled about in the shadow of Michael Gardiner already under Kizon's wing.
That Dean Cox grew Swanlike,(excuse that please GT!) & proceeded to pay back the faithful as Spyder traded Taps for Tatts,( I'm talking "Tuff Stickers," not punting!) makes one comfortable to assume he is a reasonable risk, whilst sadly, Ben no longer is!
The NAB Cup, or whatever they call it post crash, will not necessarily provide great insight into the value of the Draftees to their respective clubs, but, from my point of view, to avoid a Western Derby first up is one helluva relief, especially wrt injury potential.
Bring on 2009, it may be sooner than 2011 B4 WCE once more create a big threat to the "8" aspirants for a shot at a Flag, but, the relative youth in the list should see them sorting out the Chaff from the Wheat! Speaking of Harvests, Plucka Duck, Sth Aussie is as dry as a GT one liner! |

... sorry compadre if I spoke outa school.
Yeah NN should get a game next season even if it's to taste a 40,000 crowd while being blooded. Can't see him or the Egos troubling our lot though, so better to get some practice in with your young mob.
Get on us KO thinks are looking the Goodes rofl ! |

Shouldn't talk about me when I'm not here, I'm fragile.
I'd expect Natanui to get a game this year, certainly the NAB Cup, then maybe mid year after some solid training. |

Am disappointed fogel, we only get to play you once (rd 8), was counting on another 8 pts from our encounters but oh well, we'll take the 4 on our way to another finals series.
Good luck though ... |

fogel, Nic Nat sure has some pace for a tall and yes, those first coupla strides are surprisingly quick ... did see him run down some speedsters last year.
KO is a big boy, tall, solid and not to be ferked with. He has no fear so careful what you say fogel ... I am he he . |

Aaron Sandilands has put on over 20kgs since entering the AFL. He hasn't grown in height so I guess he musta put on some beef.

When did Sandilands become solid?
Next you'll be saying he's consistent. |

NO, we/I watch footy and make that judgement off our/my own bat.
Give the young fella some time to mature and put on some beef ... do ya think Cox or Sandi were always as solid as they now are ? |
