| I dont see todays Aussie V8s pulling 420km (+40%) even if BIG PETE was driving,our cars just have been safer not faster |

| Yeah, but the improvements in NASCARs in the last 25 years is incredible. Our V8s wre pulling 300km down Conrod in 1972 Todays cars are safer but not really faster. Just easier to drive fast |

| As soon as Robby went by Scott and Ron into second just before the yellow came out for the oil, I knew this was going to happen. What the cameras didn't catch (or if they did they have yet to show us) was exactly how Robby got by Marcos in the first place. There was a bit of damage on Marcos' right rear corner so I think Robby might have roughed him up a bit and Marcos gave him a tap which made Robby spin. Bad luck for Marcos, but that's racing....it's not always the guy with the best car who wins, lol |

| Think back 2 years... Ambrose the Aussie Ford Champ,racing Skaife and the boys Montoya the F1 Superstar,racing all over the world Now Montoya is behind Ambrose in the RAYBESTOS ROOKIE CUP with Marcos 2nd but should improve with a good race this weekend |

| Na just a track he can relate to. There are around 15 drivers in the race who have not driven a road race? Ambrose has a nice feel for the 4.3km track(the largest in the series)however the small "flat tracks" have him bluffed |

| End result was a 32nd placing being 26 laps down. Marcos has had a string of incidents in the last 5 races that have cost him dearly in the #59 Aussie Vineyard/Wood Bros FORD. Of the 134 race drivers Marcos is clinging to 10th position after 22 rounds being completed with the KROGER200. Next week its on again in MONTREAL Canada.Sunday morning |

| Ambrose car #59 is behind the pit wall. They interviewed marcos and he said"it sound like popcorn in a micrwave back there" He is hoping its a diff. They will have it changed quickly although today is over. |
