| Ambrose has pulled out of the Nextel Cup race in the #77 car. Marcos was to do double duty this weekend,driving for Gordons race team in Sundays big one but his wife is due on Sunday and he will fly back after the Busch race on Saturday. His wife Sonja is back in Charlotte waiting for the new arrival.The baby is due Sunday and Ambrose said he turned the drive down for all concerned. |

| you ae out of date that was last year, I am a Holden fan but I am proud of how well Marcos has gone this year.I have been watching Nascar since June 2000. and am a big fan. I still watch V8 supercars when I can and they are two different types of racing I don't think any of the nascer drivers would be able to place well in Bathurst, but it would interesting to watch. | ok, so the preliminary list for the Cup race at Dover this weekend has Marcos driving the #77....if it stays like that and we don't have rain, he'll be aiming to qualify for his first Cup race. and by the way, a driver knows he's good when he gets booed and cheered by the fans....so all the people saying what a whinger he is are just pointing out that our V8's are poorer for him going. |

| I think you'll find that there isn't much to be said this week since the Busch series had a (very rare) week off....fortunately, the V8's stepped in and raced, even if it was a total snoozefest. Holden appear to be great in sprint rounds while Ford are better at the enduros....so much for parity *shrugs* They really need to have a sprinkler system to go off during the race to make it exciting since if Bathurst is a dry race, I might not bother watching it. |

| The Aussies are cant see past there red and blue noses. He should have ALL of us behind him.I like BUSCH Series but dont watch the NEXTEL Cup races that much. The fact he is going good is great for all Aussie drivers.Then the Worlds biggest Racing team owners will have a look at all the drivers here. I wish a young Holden Driver drove in a team with Ambrose to unite the fans here in OZ. I watch the races and dont mind putting up race results for all to browse,you dont have to leave a comment just knowing the Upcoming races and info is enough. |
