You can download it from here:
http://www.tigers.org.au/Football_club/FBindex.htm l
The lyrics are:
Here come the Tigers wearing black and gold
Stout hearted men
All fit and bold
Watch them make a break and see them score a try
Their motto is do or die
They tour our famous field with many a name
Of players from Balmain
Hooray up the Tigers
Hear the mighty roar
It¹s the team from Balmain just watch them score
They¹ll keep playing till they hear the whistle blow
And show the crowd what they know
They tour our famous field with many a name
Of players from Balmain
In this year¹s premiership they are doing well
Because they play like hell
They play like hell
You know darn well they play like hell
Their motto is do or die
They tour our famous field with many a name
Of players from Balmain |

Hi,
Can someone help.
My grandfather was (still is actually with help of my mum) an avid balimain tigers supporter and member of the balmain tigers for over 40 years, he died 3 years ago in May 2008.
I was very close to him all of my life and I am getting married in August 2008. I would LOVE for the balmain song to be played during the wedding, but I dont know what it is.
I am chasing the song that was Balmain Tigers song BEFORE they merged with the Magpies.
ANy help would be appreciated.
Thank you |
