Everything you say is correct, no game ever comes down to one decision. The fact however remains that including all of the statistics you mention the referee got that one wrong and the direct result was a roosters try. Without that error a tigers win was about a 85% probability. . |

| The roosters are getting the decisions their way lately, playing with 14 last week against the warriors who had 12 for the last 10 mins makes it a lot easier. The tiges have it a bit of a wall the last 2 weeks, and will struggle to make the 8 now. |

| To be honest, Collis did not have to be in that position to run bak with the roosterz player simultaneously. I know itz a harsh rule, but any infringements n that penalty must be given. At the end of the day, Roosters deserved to win, even though Im not a big fan of either teams :p. ......................... ........... The point is that he is entitled to run that line there is no rule against it, It was not an infringement at all. If a rule was broken it was the other way the chasing player is not allowed to deliberatly take a defender out of play. I agree with most of what has been said - the best way to defend against a refereeing error is to be 20 points in front at the time - but I believe that this was a particularly significant error and it probably did change the result of the game. . . |
