| ahh..the penny drops. thankyou that explains the plain boring wardrobe and lack of style. why she wears flats and dresses for comfort. agree totally her privacy is her business. just was wondering why she has few endorsements..now understand..but its a shame someone's preferences should limit her earning power.. i still think if she had a stylist it would not matter about her her private life. | Yes but the reason she does not have any commercial interests is because co-orporations do not use her...basically becuase she is dowdy and not marketable. do u think she would turn down million dollar contracts? She could let her racquet do the talking but also learn a thing or two about marketing herself..but she has no style..as i said she is probably from some country town not sydney or melb.. why are tennis australia not helping her with a stylist so she could make most of endorsement deals. as i said she is pretty but just no idea on fashion or style. a throw back to a middle aged womans wardrobe for the 1990's. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Sam let's her racquet do the talking and has moved up the ladder this year. She is not interesting in looking "hot" for the boys, does not crave the limelight, appear regularly in neither New Idea or Womens Day airing her private life or seek to promote commercial interests. She looks very happy where she is and enjoys a large fan base. Good luck to her ! |

| It's a sporting competition not a fashion one - Sam obviously dresses for comfort which helps her game - nothing sillier than some of the "fashion plates" who spend half the time adjusting straps or holding down their frills when the wind gusts. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
