| The title of the thread doesn't seem to be very relevant. Blake has shown poor form lately. Did he really break his toe? Suppose you could blame that for the bad form. That could be one reason. Probably a few more out there though. Maybe he is just past it. |

This thing doesn't like apostrophe so here it is again
James Blake on how he broke his toe at Davis Cup and had to take some time off:
I walked into a bag. It is foolish. I was in Croatia after my first match. Lights were off in my room. I walked into the side of one of those roller bags that is all hard plastic. I guess I just hit it on the exact wrong angle, right on the weak spot on my pinky toe, and broke it. Then probably did not help that I played a three-and-a-half-hour match with [Marin] Cilic with a broken toe. When I came off there, probably two or three sizes too big, black and blue, pretty gross. That is when I figured there might be something wrong with itâ¦I think itâs actually my karmic punishment for making fun of my brother doing the exact same thing three or four years ago. |

Oh you talk to horses now do you.
Well my version came not from a horse but Blake himself. So go back and talk to you coach frined again and get the real story not a fabricated one
Nothing to do with the lockeroom as you suggest at all |

| You sure have some imagination ozee. Actually for the record he broke it in his hotel room not in the locker room and the game that he played was against Cilic. As usual you are fuoll of s..t and a vivid imagination. |

| He doesn't deserve to be number 2 in the USA.Navratilova asked how Blake could have broke his toe while playing tennis. There was stunned silence.Of course the reason was revealed earlier that Blake was so upset after losing to Karlovic in their Davis Cup clash that he kicked his locker and broke his toe.I believe he was 2 sets to love up and Karlovic came back to win in 5.Karlovic had never won a 5 setter in his life until he played against the bad tempered super choker Blake. |

The difference with my support of Blake and your adoration of Roddick is that I don't say he will win all the time. Sure I hope but that is the name of this game. I dont shove it down peoples faces all the time.
At least he is back now as the #2 player in the US , which he will be now if I have worked out those crazy ranking numbers right |

syd, my other half!!!!
I need to show you some rules when dealing with the lower life... you do not need to correct any spelling... it wont be noticed... Neither do you need to emphasise the greatness of someone (Blake) because it is not recognised by the lower life... who cares what they think anyway.. Right?
Now, I am going to talk tennis on the Whats happening thread..
You really are too polite.... |

Having now watched the match and playing that part several times. Yes he did do something but it did not affect his game afterwards. He did Not Call the trainer..so your comments as usual are way off. I listeed the the press conference afterwards and Rochus made no mention of been injured.
As usual a pathetic comment
Just give Blake some credit for winner even if doesn't sit well with you. |

| You can see that he twigged a muscle in his left side while going for a touch shot at the net just before the tie break. He was not the same after that but did his best to conceal it. |

Well I will watch the reest tonight. Funny that there is no mention of any injury time out for Rochus at all in any of 4 match reports I have read. IF there was an injury as you are saying then he would have taken time out. I will wacth very carefully tonight.
Trust you to come up with something not to give Blake credit for his win but hey no one expects it from you ever. Certainly not with Blake or Federer |

Bad luck BLAKE WINS AGAIN. You are always so wrong about him as it proved often
He is now into the third round.
