| Del Potro has reached the Top 5 purely on his excellent clay results - hence his semi final showing at the French (to date). Hopefully we won't have a repeat of their match at the Oz Open where Federer totally humiliated Del Potro in less than 90 minutes (I Think it was 6-1, 6-1, 6-1) I for one am hoping Federer doesn't make the final - Soderling will be too nervous and will lose in straight - and Gonzalez might push him to 5 (didn't he take a set off him at the Oz final a few years back???) I'm hoping for a Gonzalez - Del Potro final - and will barrack for Gonzalez. A very very likeable and talented player that has shown once before he has the ability to make a Grand Slam final - and now it's time for him to prove he can win it! And it's on his favourite surface to boot!!! |

| i wouldn't dismiss Juan if i were you. Sure Federererererer has had no problems beating him in past matches. But, look at what Soderling achieved against Nadal the other day. Also, has Federerererer played Juan del Potro (probably his best surface) on clay before? Think it over! |

He has 5 titles I think he is still only 20 yrs old He won in 2008 Stuttgart, Kitzbuhel thats in Austria Los Angeles Washington Auckland He has won 2 ATPs 500 and 3 ATPs 250 He lost to Federer in Madrid in the semis 08 and lost to Federer in Madrid in the quarters he is making steady progress and hopefully will give us some good exciting tennis matches in the future |
