hello...
can anyone confirm if Rafa can not play Wimbledon and Roger does and wins it, that will mean they switch world APT rankings? I'm not well aware of it but Rafa stands toloose too many points (as in points he accumulated winning Wimbledon last year). |

In March, Federer revealed that he had recently been diagnosed with mononucleosis and that he may have suffered from it as early as December 2007. Federer also had an illness related to food poisoning prior to the start of the Australian Open.
Federer withdrew from the Barclays Dubai Tennis Championships and from Switzerland's Davis Cup tie against the U.S. because of a back injury he sustained in late 2008.
so yeah, federer was ill when he played wimbleddon coz if you havnt read about it, mono lats anything from 6months to a year..
and yeah maybe he wasnt i'll for the aussi but he had back injurys.. get it right |

| He wasn't ill when he lost Wimbledon to him last year.He wasn't ill when he lost the Australian Open to him this year.Nadal dominates Fedex mentally.Federer will always be number 2 at best while Nadal is still playing.I am not even a Nadal fan. |

| Federer doesn't deserve to be number one again if it's on the back of Nadal being injured. |

| tiny tournament?? madrid is an atp 1000. the biggest thing next to a grandslam (after the end of year thing). sure i think nadal would have won if he got to the final but he didn't.. the fact is federer has been in 20 semifinals in a row and 18 of them (i think) were finals. his consistancy is unbelievable and nadal didn't manage to make it past the 4th round at his own grand slam. federer deserves it. oh and he probably will be no. 1 again. |

U are more a Nadal fan than Federer come next.
Dude, don't be suprised if Soderling goes on and reaches the final.
His win against Rafa was no fluke. |
