| STORM have signed up another sponsor Suzuki for 3 years. That makes our playing strip worth over $2.25 million. |

on checking the other boards it seems that dude that is never wrong has predicted sharks for the spoon followed by the panthers, we'll see how he goes but I would be willing to bet 100,000 that he is off..........
he's just one of these periodic drop ins who like to mouth off and is completely unnacountable for what he says.... should fit right in.... but if you wanna put some money where your mouth is 'gold', consider it a bet. |

| of course he won't say who he is supporting for the title this year, dude that is never wrong just can't take that leap, he'll only go the brave claim that it won't be us, giving himself a better than 10 to 1 chance of staying dude that is never wrong. Well we'll see about that but his reasoning is out the window, we lose king and newton, I think we have more than enough firepower to get the job done |

| I firmly believe that the Storm have lost a number of great players and will not perform to the same standard in 2008. Other teams have strenghtened up substantially in 2008 such as the Rooters,WestsTigers the Cowboys. They will not have it so easy this year and they can expect a huge number of injuries as in 2007 they had a dream run with these. I believe they are not up to the task of defending their title successfully and my prediction will be proven right as it always is. |

The man known as "Mad Pup" - older brother Adam is "Mad Dog" - left Melbourne at the end of the 2004 season after receiving an unbelievable offer from Scottish rugby officials who pounced once his grandfather's roots were confirmed.
Storm officials did not want to stand in the way of seeing a young man set himself up financially.
They let him go, but with a message: you're welcome back any time.
After signing a one-year deal, MacDougall, 30, says he wants to continue the club's recent success.
In "Mad Pup's" words: "I'm probably the hungriest I've been in a long while.
MacDougall needs to fire early. He has been training with Storm for the past month and is locked in a three-horse race to replace the departed Matt King.
Anthony Quinn and young gun Will Chambers are the others in line to wear King's No. 3 jersey next season. |
