While not a Saints supporter one can only feel sorry for Stephen Baker over his suspension and I hope that the St Kilda football club take it to the courts.
How much longer do the football public have to put up with these clowns???????
How long do we put up with the unfairness of the tribunal system where they say they won't use similar incidents as presidents, so where is the consistency when handing down penalities.
Baker was guilty of changing direction and blocking Farmer, so what, yes you do feel sorry that he recieved a broken nose and concussion but spare me the mellow drama here, does anyone seriously believe that his intent was to cause such an injury, I and most football lovers think not but these clowns seem to make it up as they go along.
We have professionals running the clubs and professionals playing the game but amatures running the AFL.
I say, GO Saints and drag them into a court of law where Baker will have the opportunity to get a fair hearing and more importantly clear his name.
The sad thing is, these so called experts think they are above everyone.
