rubbish
weaker sides will inevitably find themselves committing more fouls than their stronger opponent or being on the 'wrong end' of decisions
its not bias. just simple probabilities. |

FIFA just announced that no punishment will be dished out for the handball... so wow! Thierry Henry got away with it....
people talk about football being the world game but its crooked with the major tournaments designed to favour the big nations and the refs being encouraged to assist when they can...
my case in point will be the first Australia v Germany game... watch how lopsided the refereeing will be against Oz.... |

it was plainly obvious that Henry handballed (and Henry knew it) - so he is a cheat.
it was also plainly obvious that rooney dived (and Rooney knew it) - so he is a cheat too.
and like you said 'it is not o.k to cheat anytime' (regardless of what happens day to day in the prem) |

even if rooney slipped in the penalty area, it is

watermelon, i think its plainly obvious to the neutrals that rooney slipped over all by himself. He didnt tell the ref that, just like henry didnt tell the ref about the handball.

so there is scope for that!
