| bj ... you seem to wave away the superiority complex attached to the europeans. I bet if one of us were on fire, they would not even piss on us to put it out. I agree, more power to non-europeans. Bloody hell, it sucks. Hope one of the african/american/asian teams kicks the bloody stuffing outta these prima donnas. Most of the talent on the globe came from/comes from non-europeans ... pele, maradona for example. |

| The point king is that the qualification for the world cup should stay as it is!! Not give more spots to Europe!!! This is the world cup, not the European Championships, so giving more spots to accomodate an age old fallacy that Europe is better than everyone else is a stupid idea, seeing as both the Asian and South American confederations are just as strong at the top end as anyone in the European confederation. Go the Aussies and good luck to the kiwis |

| bj - and australia defeated the 5th best South American team to qualify for the last world cup ... and bahrain played australia twice in the qualifying to the world cup and defeated them both times 1-0 and 2-0 so what is your point! and australia being in the asian confederation means you played the 5th best team in that confederation it doesn't make it any different! Good on the kiwi's for qualifying for their 2nd ever world cup :) hopefully they get to do it again and again :) |

| Congratulations to NZ on a great campaign. Let's not forget that Australia played the 5th Asian nation in 1997 and lost, and now that Australia has already taken one of their spots NZ are actually playing the fourth Asian nation. Gong, you have got to be joking.... giving another spot to europe would be the death of the game!!! South America only has 5 spots but I bet that their 10th team would beat 15th Europeans. If you want to change the qualifications then lobby FIFA to reshuffle it another way, but this is the world game and it should stay how it is at the very least. You should just hope that NZ doesn't take an Asian spot permanently and let Vanuatu or Fiji play the 5th Asian country.... you'd be surprised at the quality!!!! Well done New Zealand |

| NZ shouldnt really be there. they aren't a footballing nation I doubt they give a toss about the greatest game on earth .
