| I don't know if they'd fall to the depths which Leeds did, but they certainly are in big trouble I think. The only thing they've got going for them is a tremendous "brand name", being one of the most famous clubs in the world. The question is what is the real level of their debt? You'd probably find some sheik or very wealthy person would be willing to buy them. That's probably one of the only ways out of this mess. |

forget torres & gerrard.
when they sold Xabi Alonso, Liverpools season was over before it started.
He was the real heartbeat of the team. Thats why R.Madrid chased him so hard. |

| Seems that liverpool are in free fall with only the fa cup and europa to play for, it will be a massive struggle to reach 4th, torres and gerrard the both of them have strained groins,(liverpools change rooms must a fun place), if they lose them two for the rest of the season and dont buy in january, they will be a mid table team i think(and hope)that this scenario is just around the corner. |
