WHY DON'T YOU JUST SUPPORT THE BLOODY TEAM INSTEAD OF WHINGING!
And if you don't follow footy NRL then what the heck are you doing on a NRL board?????
The sharks are a great team and are doing well. They need only to keep playing the game through the second half!
Support them or go and support the current winning team if thats all that matters to you! |

| I blame the local Fish n Chip shops. Must be hard for the lads to run on the beach with hot chip under foot and swarms of seagulls flappin around your head. Come on Sutherland Council, save us from this unwanted public menace and make the beaches safe again for the lads. |

| I agree.I played league for 20 years and also had 3 years of rugby. The only major injury i had was torn cartlage on a knee which after surgery took 5 weeks before i could play again. This didnt stop my parents from letting me play it may have been my own fault for not being fit enough at the time.If a kid wants to play a game let him go for it you only hold them back from becoming socially active with there friends and you never no they could be the next star. You wouldnt say much then when they bringing in a good pay check. |

I think a lot of the problem isn't that parents are signing their kids up to play soccer, it's more to do with how the game is being played and perceived.
Seeing players like Joey John suffer a neck injury during training or hearing about a young player becoming a paraplegic or a quadraplegic because of a scrum collapsing or a tackle gone wrong frightens most parents.
When I hear of these things happening I thank God that I only have girls and I haven't had to make the decision as to whether I should let them play or not. |

You know what I blame the locals of the Sutherland Shire especially those who live in the area for the main reason THE SHARKS have not yet won the premiership.
You might go to Shark Park and cheer on your team but 95% probably play soccer on the weekends and I bet your kids do as well.
If you Sharks Fans really want a Grand Final then instead of registering yourself or your kids to play soccer register to play Rugby League in the shire instead. |
