Bogandeville,

"The action of the "lads" was infantile".

Growing old is inevitable.
Growing up is optional.

Re:Wallababies Reply to this message
There are a few writing here whose standards are lower than luv handles on a pair of tracky daks. Bok could dig their eyes out. The "digger" should have got more than 8 weeks. The action of the "lads" was infantile and no one can offer a valid excuse because there is not one. A fine is meaningless for such well paid individuals.

I still can't believe some peanuts on these boards think players should be suspended for a food fight!!! The Vatican bridge team get up to worse than that on tour.
Rather than suspensions, perhaps we should have a naughty corner! You tools.

Aaaargh. I've just been run-through by Don Quixote! What a sword!

Now, I'm going home to suspend my 2 year-old for throwing food - it's a serious offence you know. And it does p1ss me off when she does it.

Don, should I smack her?

Mr Wombat wassup mate?

Seems Wombat is an irate, little furry creature that don't like Boks comment.

Heck son, I'm sure you will get over it and maybe yourself in the forseeable future.

Bok.

Re:Wallababies Reply to this message
Blowing off steam seems to be the crime of the century.

Tell you what send em here and I will have a talk to the local zulu chief. Let's leave it up to him. Worst thing that could happen is that coild they have their skulls caved in with a knopkierrie, thrown over a cliff and fed to the vultures to clean.

If that doesn't teach them not to do it again, nothing will.

Hope this will not be considered as a spanking or over the top and will satisfy those who definately have something against Wallabies.

Bok.

Re:Wallababies Reply to this message
"Intermittent not muddle headed" would be the correct translation of the original. But the behaviour is still inexcusable.

"He’s a muddle-headed fool, with frequent lucid intervals"

Vandalism means...
Wilful or malicious destruction or defacement of public or private property.

Were they deliberaely trying to destroy or impair public/private property? Was that their intention? Their motive? Or were they just trying to have fun?

Undertheposts "What's inexcusable about having fun that wasn't affecting anyone else". Vandalism is not a sport. It is a lack of respect for the property of others.
I would not insult Don until you have read all of the Cervantes tome.

What's inexcusable about having fun that wasn't affecting anyone else, FFS!!!! These are prankish incidents and there are people like you who want to turn this innocuous banter into major incidents. This is minor, Don, which requires nothing more than a smack on the wrist. For Godd's sake, get a life!! You carry on like a spoil sport.

Hey everybody, Don doesn't like fun. You are not allowed to smile or laugh. You are not allowed to enjoy yourself.

hbelle13....

The room required additional cleaning at a cost but a spokesman for the hotel described the incident as "minor".The Crown Plaza was happy with the response of the ARU and Wallabies.

Now knick off and come back when you have something with more substance....

Re:Wallababies Reply to this message
Froggy. I am not joking and I am not the cleaning lady. Your solution is the old school tie approach accompanied by an air of tacit approval for such behaviour. Such behaviour from international players is beyond the pail. Fine and suspend. They are not in the Under14 XV.

Re:Wallababies Reply to this message
galeforciseperth. Just a lot of wind blowing from the west. There are many differences between on field and off field conduct. Expectations, standards, codes of conduct are measurable parameters. Food fights do not measure up by any decent standard. Those lads need a severe lesson.

Hope you're joking hbelle.
Or maybe you're the cleaning lady!!!!
My solution to this would be something along the lines of 'hey guys, make sure you clean that up before you go anywhere'.
