I don't agree with you Panther. I think there is genuine concern on Henry's face. I would really like to know who will be in this better team you think Henry's concocting.
I detect an air of confidence in the Wallaby camp and a little uneasiness in Henry and his entourage. The Aussies are quite experienced and aren't going to be fooled by complacency. No, Panther, I disagree. I know they will be attempting to enter the match with a low key approach (is that possible for them?) and try to catch the Wallabies napping, but I think the green and gold will be up to the task. |

I smell a rat and i think i know what GH is up to.I think he's showing Robbie a bluff. How many players has he put out of position?
1.the Aussies won't know how well they are travelling playing a team in their right positions
2.Come selection time GH will know which of his players can withstand the pressure in awkward positions
3. they aussies wil expect a lesser team but will be blindsided by GH's brilliance.I think the mind games already begun.

You're right Muzz. Should have thought about that one a bit more before i let it go. Oh well not the first time I have been on the receiving end on the boards.
Seems my friend Killer is not a big fan either. I'm not going t respond with vitriole, though I am capable, all I will say is that when my arch nemesis Rhino starts agreeing with me on the points I make about NZ rugby, I ain't far off the mark. |

Consistant! No just for being an ass!
I said it was a terrible game dropkick, and this is an open forum so you being some kind of yahoo bully is laughable.
You're comments reek of bitterness so are mostly irrelevent. You think you are the only one that doesn't like Henry, get a life people have been on his case for years. I don't give a rats about what you think of Henry but you degrading fans he is entitled too and earnt is typically Australian.
You did not have to admit to enjoying your time with Deans but each to there own I suppose.
BTW Mils is a better 13 than Toeava, and that whole paragraph is just plain wrong. Was there a point to it that is actually relevent to the discussion? |

You guys are merciless. The ABs start slow, loose a bunch of players to injury and still win 2 out of 3. Although it was not pretty, it will be recorded as wins. For this reason you talk about changing personal and how Aussie is going to spank us. Give them a break. Most injured players will be back. Richie McCaw will be there - he played club rugby this week. It will be a better team. The team still has some problems but they will raise their game and be a whole lot better than what you have seen. Enough doom and gloom already.
Go All Blacks
Blessings

Oooh so devastatingly cutting Whale. Don't blow in like a Johny come lately and have a shot at me over my Henry comments. He's been a protected species in NZ for too long and now you've got personnel problems, he's being found out big time. I've said it for a while and yet there are mental midgets like you who come on here and slam me for what? Being consistent?
As for your comments re Italy you clearly know nothing. Up until tonight NZ's average win over them was 56 points. So this result by NZ standards is a miserable failure.
Oh and your other comments about who should play where in the AB's are equally illinformed. Eg; The last time NZ played a 15 in the 13 position it lost them a world cup final spot (remember Leon)...or is that too long ago for your goldfish size memory?
As for me blowing Deans, well I guess its better than blowing smoke up my own ar/se the way K1's like you do. |

| JMO, but I think it would be tragic to change coaches at this point. We have made our bed, now we have to sleep in it and just hope the wet spot has dried. |

Not enough respect has been paid to the Italians whom as a whole played quite well and defended strongly throughout the entire game. Well done Italy.
They maintained the same margins in all three tests of 23 points so well done to them. |

Well, I wasn't impressed with the ABs either. I'm sorry, but I'm not a Henry fan anymore. The ABs play looked so predictable. The Italians were reading it quite easily, hence the good defence. The outside backs seemed to run close to the sideline rather than come in on angles or run straight. Nonu was going sideways way too much (under pressure?). Muluaina ran straight, though. Yes, was impressed by Ross. Thought he had a very good game.
I am of the belief that the ABs need new personnel...and I mean the controllers, not the players. New people with new ideas. JMO. |

Can't agree more about it being a terrible game for the All Blacks, you only had to see Mils after the game to see how they really felt.
On the positive side which there were some actually, Issac Ross is forming a great partnership with Thorn which will now have to continue with Ali being out altogether. Mealamu once again had a great game, people who don't like him will continue to bash him but I was greatful he was there. Kaino after only two games is playing well and deserves his spot. Read with his second game at 8 will challange So'oalo and keep him honest.
Harsh on McAlister who some of the people on here were calling for at 10 was average but what do you expect. His first game at 10, he doesn't play 10 and when he does it is only as a fill in. BUT what other option is or was there? NOTHING and that is the All Blacks biggest problem at the moment. Nonu doesn't like it when things are't going his way and he should have been pulled from the game. Toeava is NOT a 13, he is a 12 sometimes, a fullback others. OPTIONS? Maybe Tuitavaki but with Smith and Kahui out I would have put Mils at 13 and Toeava at 15. He did however make a great break to put Ross away.
The scrum was completely dominating them in the second half, especially when Woody came on.
Plenty to work on and it is not all bad. A lot of bitterness on this site so some coments are irrational because Gower did not give anyone a lesson. He Kicked, kicked and kicked again. His defence was great thats about all, no better than McAlister.
I watched the second half of the Wllabies game and it was far from impressive, they were wanting in attack which was surprising given the settled nature of the team. The French were dominating at the end which was also a surprise as I though the Wallabies would have had superior fitness. A good win all the same.
Three weeks is a life time in Rugby so for those of you who have decided they have won the Tri and Bledesloe already I wish you good luck because it is far ... |

Dirty, did you not notice that there were 5 goals scored from penalties when we were on attack in their half? Unlike the AB's who spent most of their game camped inside their own half, most of this game was spent in the french 25-40 metre zone. Total territory domination I would call it. Add the fact that the frogs didnt break our line once in that second 40 and I would suggest to you that the Wallas effort wasn't a rabble, but actually a very well drilled and committed defensive side.
Right now, one side is developing into a really well balance rugby team and it aint your lot. |

KOB, thanks for finally saying it out loud: Macca is WAY overrated.
AB in big trouble. No matter what, they are always a threat, but this year looking increasingly problematic for the All Blanks. |
