| Whoever watched the Tahs/Stomers game, how about the dodgy effort by Watson trying to punch, stomp then knee a Tah the head (can't remember who it was, Palu?). Anyway, he pretty much missed them all, well definitely the stomp then the particularly aggressive drop-knee to the head. If he had have connected he would have done some pretty nasty damage... Dodgy SA's! They just can't help themselves... Luke Watson seems like a dodgy, cheap little pr ick . And they only got a short-arm. It should have been a full-arm at the minimum. About as malicious as you get. |

| The two guys I admire most for toughness in the game are also two of the fairest: Price & Shelford. They don't seem to make 'em like that anymore. Perhaps add Michael Jones & Kronfeld to that group, and perhaps (in terms of being a 'clean' player) McCaw. |

| Gale, Richard Loe hit a winger after he'd scored. Which In my view is akin to hitting a girl when she is not looking. Steve Finnane broke the jaw of a British Lions prop with a short left whilst both were facing each other at the time. Big difference. Loe's a coward and always will be. Shame he could've been remembered as a tough uncomprimising All Black in the mould of so many great K1 props. Now he will always be remembered as a cat. And yes bring on Hulk Hogan. The game needs some personalities too. |

| Tialata probably got off a bit lightly you could argue. It was un-needed, why do it in the first place? I'll never forget last year in the Air New Zealand Cup when Clint Newland sent Tialata to deck with a BEAUTIFUL punch. Quite clearly Tialata was chipping away at him all game and got what he deserved tbh. |
