| Just watched the Reds/Blues replay. Man what a game! They've lost two tight ones in a row, but played some entertaining footy, so good on ya lads!! There's talk about Latham coming back this week against the (once-again) Crusading South Islanders, and if he's fit he should definitely go straight into the starting XV as fullback. But what about the wingers? Personally, I think Schifcofske is pretty useless. Offers very little in attack, and his goal-kicking has been average at best (last few rounds). Ione and Hynes, on the other hand, have been both exciting and dangerous, and made important impacts in every game they played. Ione has an average kicking game, but his attack/defence is brilliant. I vote for Clinton to get the boot, on the bench at best. Latho is so much better it's laughable, and if either Hynes/Ione go to the bench then Mooney really has made mistake. Pass the kicking duties onto someone else, who knows they might actually convert a tough kick!?!?!?! |
