| Can you guys please pull your tongues out of Habana's @ss for one minute!!! Habana is NOT the fastest!!! You guys who think that are so naive!!! just ask yourself this, how many of you knew who Ngwenya was six moths ago? You have to realise that there are gonna be other guys out there, like Ngwenya, who no one would even mention! I think Habana has proven to be the BEST winger in the world and for sure, he's very quick. But, he combines his speed with timing and general running skill (knowing when to accellerate)...But based on raw top speed he is not the fastest!! The FASTEST is probably someone you've never heard of! However, if you're basing speed on 100m times then here is a list, for some of you one dimentional retards, of players who ARE faster over 100m...official! (not in order) - Tom Varndell (10.28) - Tonderai chavhanga (10.27) - Paul Sackey (10.74) - Bryan Habana ('around 11' from the man himself...NOT 10.4- whoever made up this stat!!) Remember, 100m times aren't important!!! I think Habana is an awesome player, but don't use 100m times to prove how good he is because he may be one of the best accellerators in the game, but, over 100m he's definately not the fastest!!! |

| In other news: unsabstantiated reports are coming in from NZ that referee Wayne Barnes did 100m in just under 10 seconds, apparently he got dropped off in the middle of South Auckland with a t-shirt which read "Yip, I'd send him again too, eat she(i)t and die Kiwis". The International Olympic committee has declined to recognize the time as official siting the fact that the soiled mess left in ref Barnes's shorts confirmed he was indeed taking some performance enhancing drugs. Barnes has denied this on all counts and refutes claims that he was "high as a kite" while officiating the All Blacks vs France game, sources say Ref Barnes will be staying in NZ with his transexual Czchoslavakian boyfriend "Iliyktolykisukkiallova" or "Ilyktolykysukki" for short, as Barnes so affectionatley calls him. Due to a recent financial windfall, Barnes has stated he will spend the next 5 years travelling the world before finally settling in to his new Sp *** h villa that was the former home of Christopher Skase. |

| ah, give it up, you and your tall poppy syndrome. obviously he's not the fastest, but is ONE of the fastest. he's scored some amazing tries in his time, is able to offer a lot to a game. i reckon too that SOME of the swipes are not just at him, but aimed at the Boks and their supporters in general. I can never be said that any one player has never missed a tackle, got outrun, got stepped, got outwitted, etc, etc. Habana will never play 100% at 100% games. He's human. If he played as you guys are expecting him to, then he'd be a machine/robot. why don't you get off your hight horses, and enjoy what few rugby world cup games we have left. |

| In SA, Habana isn't the fastest player in first class rugby. Both Zaheer Ryland & Tonderai Chavanga are faster. Proven. They are a little bit on the light side. Ryland weighs something like 72 kg's (160 lbs)! Chavanga's only about 80 kg's (170 lbs). Habana is 91 kg's (200 lbs). Even though Ryland & Chavanga have scored blistering tries, their play is a little too one dimensional. Hence, the obvious choice of Habana as the no.1 left wing in SA. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
