As long as the Roosters play as a team,,and Mason gets the finger out in most games, they will be a force,as a Dragons supporter,,i know that strong rosters on paper, sometimes cant produce on the field.

Re:Premiers 2008 Reply to this message
i think the storm are the team to beat again, manly will challenge as will many other teams,in a very close competition ,depth in the playing roster will have a major bearing who wins in the end, ireckon the eels have have it too, sharks and rossters and the tigers will do a lot of damage. so will the cowboys now muzzas leaving after 7 years,i wish i really knew who will premiers in 08 because i would back them for a fortune, the gap from 1 to 15 has shrunk in recent seasons, it aint the salary cap,its because every team and their management are more professional, best value tip,at 11/1 brisbane broncos, sydney roosters or sharks/tigers for value, i do know one thing the canberra raiders will not come last, theyre too well coached, and their #1,6,7,9 are very good, and they will win most home games as usual, as for roosters being soft, see how you feel after being hit by the likes of Topou,Soliola, O"meilly, Shillington, Fitsgibbon,Anasta,Pae and that Nutelly bloke, like i said 11/1 they look good value, and they like and respect their coach,a Mr Brad Fittler who knows his game, thats only my opinion, and that Willy Mason coming at you at high velocity at an angle for the kill, you do not see him until the last second, "lights out" cheers ol mate!!!!!!!

Re:Premiers 2008 Reply to this message
yes, cuz we are allowd more money to spend on players. we dont have the same salary cap as everyone else.

Aint our fault that our club is a helluva lot more attractive than most. We buy well, and given i see that u r a saints fan, i can understand your jealousy. Woooo... go Dell... what a buy thats gonna be... and lets not forget a quarter of the salary cap for one Mark Gasnier. Some great financial brains at Kogarah.

Well the Roosters' odds have come in to $13 to win. Which puts them equal 6th for the Title. A little different to last year. Not a bad bet....i will be putting a couple of hungy on that one.

GO THE ROOSTERS!!!!!!

BTW canberra are $101....LMFAO

Surely we'll win more games than this year and thus make the finals. Then we'll be back in town!
