A new coach wont help Richmond. How many coaches have they gone through and still the remain mediocre. No backbone is Richmonds problem. No spine, no guts, no passion and no drive.

Viper, the season is only 4 games old. The Tiges have to make a decision soon or 2009 will be too late and it will be all over red rover. Make the move re coaching now and have a look at some of the players. Richo12_12 is pushing for one change to be made, she may have a good responce from selectors after yesterday.

Its a dark time for richmond, and I think this year will determine what kind of club they are, comming from the media hipe of cousins and all the high expectactions its no surprise the club has come crashing down with thier performance on the field, with such weight on their shoulders and the rising pressure facing wallace. I dont think sacking wallace is the answer, its not him out on the field making the mistakes and generally showing poor skill, coudos to melbourne for playing the way they have as they too have not had much success but still they deserved thier victory today. I say only this, if richmond are to move forward they need to play like a team that wants to win, thier skill needs to be raised and if only they could block out all the negative media and just focus on what thier trying to do then maybe we will see them pounce once again. Getting rid of wallace at this stage is only gonna cause disruption and damage richmonds focus, regardless of how things go the tiges will have a new coach next year, but one man can't be held responsible for the actions of the team, a coach can only direct and encourage and redirect players when they slip up, but thiers always gonna be someone to blame when this go wrong and wallace seems to be that man, changes are needed but make sure thier the right changes at the right time.
