| A good friends father is a footy journo in Melbourne and my friend told me that the worst kept secret in AFL football at the moment is that Terry Wallace has 5 rounds to get the Tigers back on track. It's either the Tigers shape up by round 5 or Terry will be shipped out and looking in the Melbourne Age classifieds for a new job, no replacement was mentioned. Of all the current coaches only 6 of the 16 have coached their side into a grand final ( including Eade with the Swans.) Blaming a coach for a teams failure and sacking him is easy but it's much harder trying to find a replacement that has much more to offer than his predecessor. The quality coaches are snapped up and are tied to long term contracts and most clubs have to take on untried coaches so that the success rate is low. Will Sheedy takeover well I do know from within that since Sheedy finished up with the Bombers the ghost of Sheeds is haunting Terry.
