| Hey Ray, Well i must admit I suprised to see rance didnt make the squad for the NAB cup but we are going in with a strong list.Dont know much about this Sylvester cat, pardon the pun, but he is a massive unit and if he could hold his own against the larger body forwards could prove to be a real find from Coburg. |

In the last few years the young guys we have were delighted to be drafted by the Tigers as they see themselves as part of the future plans. It's hard to break into the top teams when a player is first drafted but in developing teams such as the Tigers, it's feasible for recent draft pick to expect to be in the team from round one ie. | I totally agree scarpi but we really need an experienced ruckman right now. Adam Pattison was thrown in the deep end last season and done a great job but at 193cms he's really not big enough to mix it with the big boys. Angus Graham and Dean Putt both lack bulk and experience, so it looks like Simmonds will have to bear the brunt of the ruck work again, let's just hope he can cope with his workload. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| hey sawasdee/i forgot to mention the really tall guy that we picked up at 50 something in the draft.hes a ruckman.he has showed allot of promise.we also have graham but this new guy is way better than him.he will get allot of game time | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Things are looking good for the Tigers, at last they're getting depth in their list and no player is assured of a game unless he puts in the week before. My only worry is the rucks, I believe Simmonds is more value playing in a forward pocket and change ruck, he's a strong mark, good kick for goal and could play a Neil Balme ( of course not as heavy handed as Balmey ) type roll adding a bit of muscle up front when the going gets tough. We must get first use of the ball but the rucks are very inexperienced. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| hey chards.watched them train...gourdis looks great....also morton played a blinda.hes is gonna be good for us...and richo.well hes richo.came 3rd in a sprint race,and he has bulked up...few weeks back tambling was going great guns and is ready to make his rise.unfortunately he hurt his ankle.again that was a few weeks back.and i hve heard nothing bout him or his injury...also the guy we picked up late in the draft.the ruckmen.geez hes tall.and he played really well | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
