Laurie`s commentry leaves a lot to be desired so perhaps assistant to Dave F so he can learn the ropes. | Im sure he wont be staying long, maybe they should gee up daley for the job. i know he talks some $h!t on the footy shows and as a commentator, but im sure he would know how to coach a young an up n coming raiders tribe. | Well here we have it, our fearless coach has decided to do a runner just three weeks into the season. He wants to go home to quland, well in my opinion let him go NOW. get rid of henry, and appoint Dave Furner as coach, we might loose a couple of games in the transition, but its better to have a coach who cares for the team instead of a coach who is only interested in the money he can get by turning his back on a young side who will start to gel this year. Raiders dont have state players, nor internationals, just a group of players who just want to win for the Raiders, and play footy. Henry has lied on national radio in denying any thought of transfer, so why should the Raiders keep this turncoat on. Pay out his contract and phiss him off. |

| Canberra will go ok. I am a raiders supporter but I feel the attraction of living in canberra just dosn't match the appeal of living in other places (gold coast,manly ect). Therefore to attract and retain quality players the club has to pay more than the other clubs and then struggles with the salery cap. It is a chase your tail situation for the raiders as then they have to keep bringing in younger players. As the younger players get more experiance the other clubs poach them. The current bunch of young blokes have said that they all want to stay and get the raiders back to the glory days. We will see next contract time (I hope so) The next few years for the raiders will be their time if the players that were there this year can lift a notch or two. If not they will be the stars of other clubs when their contracts are renewed, and the raiders circle of hurt will start again. |

| Dont blame the bad decisions and the town for their loss, and I'm glad you woke to get out of town as you you wont get to like a town in six months. Everyone likes to bag the Raiders when their down. Yeah they played bad this year and there were a lot of teams that did not live up to expectations this year. People like you are always welcome to leave the ACT so we are glad to see you P.I.S.S. off. |

| They have spark, but they are a very young team. they have found it hard to win away from home this year. A problem that if they can rectify will have them very close to be in the top 6 next year. As long as they dont get dodgy home town decisions against them the way they did in Brisbane last week. |
