| well done to port. they have been a surprise this year and you dont need convincing wins through out the year to win a flag. Just look at sydney the 2 years before this. Its about timing your run and getting the win regardless of the situation. 4 points is as good as 100 in a final. On the down side, Geelong have that look about them of the bombers 2000, and i really cant see any side beating them. | Jealousy is a curse....... The flag is up for grabs and we are still in with a chance and at present look to be as strong as anyone else still in it. A week off and a home prelim, chances of at least making the GF look better than not. GO THE POWER! |

| Exactly aytakk. I think confidence is high at Alberton. So many good finishes against Top 4 sides. Our last quarters have been fantastic under pressure. We should be able to beat ANY team still left in the race in our home prelim final - Hawks/Kanga´s/Geelong but the Kanga´s always give us a hard time. Our record against the Hawks is 12-4 I think. The week off is golden. Our opportunity is huge. To quote our song ´The Flag is ours for the taking´. We have as good a chance as anyone. CARN THE POWER! |

| How awesome would a Port vs Kangas grand final be? Two teams no one thought had a chance this year going all the way. Its unlikely but it could happen and I'd be ecstatic if it did. Great job Port and congrats to Choko for his new daughter. Only 1-2 more games to go and a week off before them. We're in with a good chance now as our tails are up and we can play with confidence and pride! I thought we'd make the 8 this year but I never dreamed we'd be in the situation we're in now with a home final to get into the granny. |

At first I thought this was a cows supporter trying to trick us into a false sense of security, but then I realised, there is no cows fan with enough intelligence to conceive a plan like that! Honestly though, I can respect a fan who can say good things about opposition clubs, in fact I tipped the ROOS to beat geelong tomorrow, and I wish them good luck. Really I do. |

All the cow supporters will; A) Blame the loss on poor umpiring B) Blame the loss on injuries to key players C) Blame the loss on poor ground conditions D) Lose graciously(unlikely, as most cow supporters would struggle to spell it, let alone lose that way!) | You can´t always smash fellow Top 4 components. Port are winning against the Top of the table clubs. What´s your problem with that? And, are you saying Hawthorn and Collingwood are both selling out their respective stadiums this week?!?!?! Seriously. not every club fills their stadium, even in finals. Sure it would be nice to have 50,000 there for a final but we had around 8,000 more than the average number for this year at AAMI. So, that is a good thing. |

| First of all you have to make it. 2 away finals wins before you can start bragging about or predicting a Finals Showdown outcome in 2007. As to just getting over the line....Well in the last 4 weeks we have beaten 3 Top 4 teams (we are the other Top 4 team) at the death in nailbiting finishes and 2 of those were interstate including Geelong who were looking unbeatable. I reckon that actually says alot about character and confidence rather than just getting over the line. |
