| Conditions changed suddenly to suit the skrappy style that Brisbane use and a wet ball doesn't suit Port's possession style. I'm willing to admit Brisbane earned the win but if it didn't rain like that the results could have been very different. |

| Big game next Saturday night, up against a down and out Brisbane side. Hopefully the side that turned up against the Bombers will show up this week. After a week off, Tredders should be fresh, and it gave those boys with sore spots the opportunity to freshen up.
