| Well you have a choice. Seven at the end of the day is a business. Commericals pay for Seven to get the rights to broadcast and other assocaited costs with running a network. There are alternatives. 1. Don't watch 2. Pay more taxes allow ABC to buy 3. Pay for it on Foxtel but that will be what Foxtel packages up may not contain what you want i.e pick and choose package |

Whilst it's obviously in the broadcasters interests to show as many ads as possible from a tv perspective it isn't. |

And I hope after this swimming games will be finished today, they will put just 1/2 hour to 1 hour replay tonight... cos you know, today is Saturday. A lot of people should watch "live" now (sorry, I don't know there's actually live or delay live.. so I can only write, "live", never negative meaning in there) |

| There are some people from 7 who read this, as many threads and posts that have been particularly critical of aspects of 7 mysteriously disappear! However, this is not an official place to complain. I believe the rules on this are set up by the ABA. Complaints must be recieved either via telephone or in writing. I thought someone mentioned earlier that they are recieving email complaints? |

| I think Seven does read it from time to time. Afterall they changed the Olyroos match to SBS and removed AFL coverage into Sydney. They have also made an effort to show more of other events. You have to realise that Swimming has been a big part of Australian Olympics for a long time and has a history of Australians doing well. So naturally Seven was going to award a lion share of airtime to that event. |

| I don't think Channel 7 reads this at all, I am a very proud Aussie, but I also like the brilliance of other sports people as well. I hate to say it but I shall be pleased when the swimming is over, good on the team for doing so well, but can't they show the replays of their wins and losses at other times. Instead of replays we could have seen other events. The commentators said that Nathan Deeks would be watching the walk this morning, not realy , they only showed 200 seconds.I hope we see more of the girls marathon tomorrow, the sight of the winners appraching the stadium is on of the greatest in world sport, not just crossing the line.
