Re:Four Nations Round 3 Reply to this message
His game was the only thing that kept NSW remotely close to QLD in the first two Origins this year behind a dud pack with *** halves.

His form in this tournament has been lackluster. But that is from no matches in 8 weeks, interchanging with Smith and a general all round *** performance against the French.

He is still the best hooker available to the blues next year and was only replaced because Kimmorley was chosen in the 7 for game three.

FFS, it is Farah. Idiots.

And he is not up to Cameron Smith's standards. End of story.

Also, it doesnt matter who plays in the backline, England are shyte and will be walloped.

Re:Four Nations Round 3 Reply to this message
LOL at everyone up Farar. All this series did was prove that Smith and Farar are two different types of player and you cannot interchange one with the other.

Any suggestion that Hodges would be replaced and the thought of Inglis as an impact player from the bench, making way for one of the mongo boys and Jennings smacks of idiocy.

Brett Morris should be playing but on the right wing with Hayne switched to his preferred left side.

The halves will be Thurston and Lockyer.

Re:Four Nations Round 3 Reply to this message
For the Final.

Hayne to full back slater to the wing

Jennings at right centre Hodges on a plane back home with Gidley.

Morris boys left wing and left centre with Inglis off the bench as an impact player.

Cronk at 5/8 and Lockyer on the bench.

Farrah dragged out into a paddock and shot along with Sheens.

Thaiday sent home to hunt Dugongs.

Why can't Lewis just be the utility player?

"Kip, you must be proud as punch"

cheers chucker

Yes I am - we played well and with intensity for the full course.

Certainly we are still problematical out wide but the final should be close

Re:Four Nations Round 3 Reply to this message
Has Hayne had a decent game since he agreed in principle to a new deal with Parra the week before the final against the Dogs?

And Jennings won't take Hodges spot.

It's going to take one hell of a grub to take Smith's spot for sure.

Re:Four Nations Round 3 Reply to this message
Yes, qfog. If this series proved anything at all, it proved that Farah isn't even close to Smith and I would say that Ennis is streaks in front of him too. Back to the under performing Tigers and the powerpacked Leb side for that git.

And that Gidley is as useless as he showed in SOO. The bloke isn't a good enough 1 to be mentioned in the same breath as Slater or Hayne. And he isn't even close enough to being considered as an interchange player.

The ones that have impressed me are the Morris twins, Jennings, Lewis and Cronk. The Aussies looked far better against France once Cronk got on and Lewis showed his class also.

I say Jennings in for Hodges, Cronk in the utility spot instead of Farah, Lewis on the bench and both Morris boys on the wings. Hayne is either 1 or not in at all IMO. He is wasted on the wing and Slater's done nothing wrong to be dropped.

Re:Four Nations Round 3 Reply to this message
Cam Smith must have almost burst out laughing when the bloke interviewing him said, Positions are up gor grabs in the Aussie team. HHHAAAA. He knows his position at hooker is a shoe in.; And if the have any common sense at all, Farrer wont get a start next game and they give the other reserve spot to Waterfalls or Slammin Sam.

"Bring it on on frog *** kers..."

that's pathetic as I read that only 11 of the French squad are full time professionals and the rest are semis...

that's hardly a contest... more of a friendly...
