| I was disappointed also...I can't count the number of times I had to sit through the Geelong song and watch the players wander around the boundary line after the final siren had gone (oh and this is long after medals and speeches were done)...I really wanted to see the medal presentation to The Storm players and it would have been nice to see who got the Man of the Match as well. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| I agree wholeheartedly, I was extremely disappointed that channel 9 went straight to the news after the siren, it was pathetic, if it was AFL they would have kept it on until the end. I along with other rugby fans would have liked to see the lap of honour and the presentation of the trophy & the rings. Channel 9 don't deserve to have the rights to the NRL, they don't even bother to put Melbourne Storm games on in Vic. I sent an email to Channel 9 and the Herald Sun. I will just get fobbed off but if enough people complain something might be done.
