Itd take an uncoached team of Daleys, Meningas, Stuarts, Lewis', Menzies and Langers to pull it off....and how many of them have gone on to coach?:) See the point? |

| Thanks for that mate, I am more informed now. I didn't realise the coach was of such little importance to his team. Considering they are paid as much as their highest paid players, if not more, it would be fair to think their employer is entitled to more from them. |

| sckitz, in RL coaches devise game plans to combat their opponents. You must be new to sport if you think coaches don't plan their game. Once the plan is thought up then the coach instructs his players how to go about it and if the players are good enough then they will carry out the coach's plan. There you go mate, do you understand it now?? |
