Tonight's game..................... ............
Parra comfortably. Can't see Canterbury doing it with the week off after an ordinary performance in their last game whereas Parra has the momentum. Kimmorley will be gun shy despite talking himself up through the week.
One benefit of having your own team out of it is being able to watch the games not caring who wins. |

Chucker, was simply replying to the bloke that said the thing about '88. I know they said in commentary "since the introduction of the MacIntyre System". Wasn't claiming any relevance.
And the playoff for fifth spot was quite common. No making the finals on for and against. |

Before the punter at Saints whinge about the system they should think about a few things.As minor premiers they enjoyed a number of advantages in week 1 of the finals.
1.A game against 8th place (and in the last few years 8th had lost more than they had won)
2.A game at home with 90% of the crowd and refs calls.
3.A chance of a week off in week 2 of the finals if they beat team 8
4.No chance of being eliminated in week 1 of finals.

In all they stufffed up and won 1 game in there last 5. |
